About Kendra

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, kind, and determined. I like working with kids because I've got a lot of energy and patience. I enjoy opportunities to see them grow and figure things out. I also know I'm a positive role model and that's what kids need. I'm looking for a job that is fun, rewarding, and somewhat flexible. I started working with kids when I was around 12 or 13. I'd babysit kids in the neighborhood, my siblings, family friend's kids, etc. and continued this until I was out of high school. When I graduated college, I worked in shelters for children and families that experiencing domestic abuse, homelessness, and other obstacles. Now, I serve troubled youth for my full time job. In my spare time, I like to work out, travel, research investments, and/or spend quality time with my friends and boyfriend.
