About Hailey

As the oldest of five siblings, I started helping care for younger children at an early age, which sparked my love for working with kids. I began babysitting when I was young and later worked as a nanny, giving me experience caring for children of various ages. I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I provide one-on-one support to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and help implement individualized therapy plans. This role has strengthened my patience, communication skills, and ability to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for children. In addition to childcare, I have over six years of experience providing pet care and pet sitting services, so I'm comfortable caring for furry family members as well. I have earned my Associate's degree and am currently pursuing my Bachelor's of Science in Social Sciences. I am CPR certified, have reliable transportation, and pride myself on being dependable, responsible, and compassionate.
