About Alyssa

Hi families! My name is Alyssa, and I am a K-6 science and PE teacher seeking summer childcare opportunities while school is out of session. During the school year, I am available for after-school care, tutoring, evenings, and date nights. I am also a fully qualified DCF VPK teacher and childcare provider with a background in early childhood education. I have experience working with children of all ages in classroom, coaching, and childcare settings. I enjoy creating fun, safe, and engaging environments through hands-on activities, outdoor play, sports, crafts, reading, and educational activities. I also have experience supporting children with different learning styles and needs, including autistic students. Families describe me as dependable, patient, organized, and caring.
