About Gretchen

I am a fully credentialed elementary school teacher with a Master's Degree in Education. As a former elementary school teacher, I have taught grades k, 2, 3, and 4. I was a Master Teacher (had college students in my classroom getting hours for their degree), Mentor Teacher (Leader in my district who trained and mentored new teachers), Teacher of the Year, and received two Excellence in Education grants. For the last few years I have been subbing predominantly at Fisher Island Day School, as well as South Point Elementary and North Beach Elementary schools in grades Pre-K through 5. I love children and feel that most the students usually love me too!
