Hi, I'm Grayson! I first started working with children in 2018 when I volunteered at a neighborhood drop-in center. Since then, I've babysat/nannied for several families throughout the years, and I've worked in licensed childcare centers for over 3 years collectively. I am Lead Teacher qualified in MN. The age group I favor and have the most experience with is toddlers (16-33 mos), but I've enjoyed working with children from 3 mos - 10 yrs. I love working with kids because I believe every child is incredible. Their intelligence and curiosity inspire me daily, and nothing brings me more joy than helping them explore the world and learn new things. My goal as a childcare worker is to create a safe, fun, and accepting space for children to flourish and grow. I encourage and support their natural curiosity, and I meet their needs with gentleness and compassion. One thing you should know about me is that I am proudly LGBTQ+ and I openly use they/them pronouns, including with kids.
