Siera is nurturing, responsible, creative, and specifically brings that perfect balance of fun and creative learning that keeps children engaged for hours. She has a ton of energy, she is always smiling, and she is patient and professional - and that is very hard to find. You will not see Siera on her phone. She is punctual, maintains the highest of safety standards, and is CPR-certified. She has additional and recent experience working with children with disabilities. I think that most people that have the opportunity to work with Siera can go to work every day, knowing that their children are always safe, and having the best of days with Siera. Any family would be blessed to have her as a nanny!
