About Grace

Hi! all! My name is Grace and I am excited to be pursuing a masters degree in social work at Stony Brook University's Manhattan Campus with a focus on educational equity and holistic family support. My passion lies in nurturing the growth of young people. I have extensive childcare experience, most recently working at a children and family advocacy organization. In this role, I gained expertise in individualizing support for kids with varying backgrounds, ages, social and emotional needs, neurodivergence, and identities. I strive to be child and family centered. Whether it be playing games at home, going on adventures to parks or museums, leading art projects, or helping kids get to their extracurriculars, I am enthusiastic about engaging children however they may need. I am currently available for part-time nannying jobs, with limited availability Monday through Wednesday, (Classes Mon/Wed evenings, internship Tues/Wed 9-5). I am happy to work early mornings and late evenings.
