About Gladys

Hi, I'm Gladys! Caring for children has been a meaningful part of my life. I have 10 years of paid childcare experience, and I'm also a mother and a proud grandmother of three. Raising my children and spending time with my grandchildren have taught me how much patience, love, and attention each child needs. I'm a Christian, and my faith is an important part of who I am. I believe children should be cared for with the love of the Lord, through kindness, patience, and the example we set each day. I enjoy listening to children, playing with them, and helping them learn and grow. I understand that parents lead the way in raising their children. I will follow your routines and directions, communicate openly with you, and support the values you want to teach in your home. I'm from Colombia and speak Spanish. I understand some English but don't speak it. I'd love to care for a family that shares christian values.
