I have 18 years of experience working with Premature babies, newborns, infants, toddlers and also overnights newborns.
Im a bilingual Spanish&English and Im available to teach Spanish if you would like it. Also I enjoy frequent visits to the library class, zoo, parks, and museums. My quiet time includes, reading, solving puzzles, arts and crafts, etc. I am willing a light cooking, laundry and all related about the baby.
I am a non-smoker, and I have CPR & First AID certification and safe sleep training.

Franchesca cared for my daughter for a month when she was ~6 weeks old, and was amazing. I was worried about having someone watch my daughter when she was so young, but Franchesca was clearly so experienced with infants (she even filed her nails every week way better than I could), and was an expert at nap routines and feeding schedules. We can’t wait to continue to have Franchesca come over when she’s available again. 

Franchesca is a caring and loving nanny. She was amazing with our child and he loved her. She began working with our family when our child was about 2 months old and stayed with us for several months. We only ended our time with her because our family’s needs changed. We would definitely hire her again in the future.

We have loved having Franchesca with our family. She has been with us for 4 years and has been patient, kind, and loving with our children. She has transitioned with us through a lot over this time- starting at the height of the pandemic when they were an infant and a toddler and now helping with homework, teaching them to make their beds, and taking them to and from after school activities. Our children love her and we have been able to trust and rely on her without any hesitation. We are sad to see her go, but our family just doesn't need a full time nanny anymore.

I will forever be grateful for our time with Franchesca, and hope to still use her in the future! Franchesca took care of my daughter from 2 weeks until 17 months. The ONLY reason we are parting ways is because I had a second baby and am taking an extended maternity leave. 

Franchesca really embodies treating a child like your own; she shows overwhelming love to our daughter M. As a newborn, she made all her food, kept her on schedule, and helped her meet all developmental goals. As my daughter grew to be a toddler, she sings, dances, and takes her on various outings. She was always very flexible, and being a mom herself, she taught me lots!

Franchesca was a very reliable, dependable, and caring nanny.  My friend and I needed a fill-in nanny for about 6 weeks while our regular nanny was on maternity leave.  She picked up right where our regular nanny left off and worked very well with our two infant boys (They were about 5 and 6 months at the time).  She is very gentle and kind, and she always kept us up to date with their activities, eating habits, and other important information during the day.  We would definitely hire her again.  She is fantastic!

Franchesca was fantastic for our family.  We hired her as an interim nanny for two infant boys (4 months and 7 months) to fill in for our nanny who went out on maternity leave.  She was very dependable and interacted well with both the boys.  I would definitely hire her again.

Franchesca took care of our son as part of a nanny share from the time he was 3 months to 15 months. She is a very patient and loving person and you can tell that she truly does love babies. She had a bit of a long commute from her house to ours so ran into issues with punctuality due to traffic on occasion. Not uncommon for the DC area!

Franchesca is a phenomenal caregiver!  She took care of my daughter from when she was 3 months until present (16 months).  She is by far the most caring and committed person, always putting my daughter's needs first.In 16 months she never missed a day of work with the exception of only a couple of days for prearranged time off. She has extraordinary skills and delivers her care with such love and warmth.  My daughter was truly blessed to have her.  If not for relocating Franchesca would remain part of my "family" as my Daughter's caregiver.  I do not have words to adequately express the respect I have for her and my gratitude for all that she has done.

I would like to highly recommend Franchesca.   

Franchesca has been the daily caregiver for my 16-month granddaughter the last 14 months.  Franchesca was truly an angel sent to my son-in-law and granddaughter after the sudden and  tragic death of my daughter shortly after giving birth to her daughter.  

Although I live in Ohio, I made monthly trips to DC to visit and would typically spend the week with my granddaughter and Franchesca.  We felt it was important for my granddaughter to have consistency, so Franchesca and I would spend our days together with her.  I was able to witness first-hand her amazing abilities and caring ways.

I recently retired as an early childhood teacher/educator.  Franchesca impressed me from the very beginning with her knowledge of child development.  She has an innate understanding of babies and young children; their behaviors and actions.  She responds appropriately, and lovingly meets their needs.  

Daily, Franchesca would record the times of feedings, changings, naps, and how my granddaughter was acting (smiling, fussy, playing, etc)  This became a wonderful tool of communication for my son-in-law. It also served as a record to determine patterns.  Franchesca soon had my granddaughter on a consistent schedule. 

Franchesca would talk and sing to my granddaughter constantly.  She would play and laugh with her, read to her, play music and dance with her all day long.  Franchesca's daily interactions have certainly contributed to my granddaughter's remarkable development.  

Once my granddaughter began to eat foods, Franchesca made all of her baby and, then finger food from scratch. 

Franchesca truly is one of the kindest, most gentle and loving people I have ever met.  She truly cared for my granddaughter, and my granddaughter loved her. My granddaughter would go to Franchesca before me when in need.   She would cry when Franchesca would have to leave for the day.  

Franchesca is extremely hard working, trust-worthy and dependable. She was always on time and willing to stay after if needed. 

I urge you to give Franchesca your sincere consideration.  I cannot put into words the difference she has made in my granddaughter's young life. It did not take long for Franchesca to transform from a caregiver to a member of our family. I will be forever grateful for all she did.  If it were not for my son-in-law's relocation, Franchesca would still be a part of our family.
