Franny was everything we were looking for in a caregiver, and we were fortunate to have her watch our 5mo infant for our first night away (one-time babysitter position). She was knowledgeable, flexible, communicative, and proactive. Franny's background and education makes her well-positioned to understand what children require at different ages, and that was readily apparent in the types of questions she asked during the interview process and after we hired her. She was always available to chat, emotionally intelligent in her communication style, and very punctual. Franny is a natural at what she does and truly exceeded our expectations. We would absolutely hire Franny again.
