About Frances

I am positive, creative, and patient. I've been tutoring on and off for the past three years. My experience is mostly in high school and college essay writing, but I've also taught online courses on creative writing. I seek students with an open mind and willingness to learn. I also love when students bring assignments so that can work toward a goal together. My top tutoring skills are 1) facilitating productive brainstorming sessions, 2) setting goals that align with the student's interests, and 3) celebrating progress and motivating the student to keep going.
