I have over 7+ years of experience with children of all ages. I had experience as an Aupair as well. I love kids, had worked with multiple kids at the same time. Volunteered on Christmas time for children in poor conditions. In my experience I take them to have fun outside, playdates, change diapers, encourage and support them to be active, developing and achieving baby's milestones, helping kids "solve problems", being creative and independent, coloring, paint, draw, puzzles, art and crafts, take them to the activities. Fiama has cared for my three children (ages 10, 8, and 2), and we’ve had a wonderful experience each time. She is always on time, communicates clearly, and makes sure she understands exactly what I need before I leave. Managing a toddler along with two older kids can be a lot, but she handled it with patience and confidence. My kids genuinely enjoy being around her and always have a great time when she’s with them.
