She always arrives early to get instructions, ask thoughtful questions, and help with the transition as we head out the door — something I’ve always appreciated. My daughters absolutely adore her. They get excited every single time they see her and love talking about their time together afterward. Karen brings a wonderful mix of reliability, warmth, and fun — I always know our girls are in caring and capable hands when she’s here. I can’t recommend Karen enough to any family looking for someone dependable, nurturing, and genuinely connected to the kids she cares for.
