Fernanda's profile on care.com got my attention and came highly recommended by the families she had worked for previously. As first time parents, we immediately felt at ease when we spoke to and met Fernanda. She has a calm demeanor and the ability to take charge in the most reassuring way. She knows how to manage an infant's schedule, and worked with us to achieve some big milestones from when our child was 3 months old until our child turned 7 months old. She worked with our infant toward an eat, play, sleep schedule, introduced tummy time, rotated through different play scenarios, and encouraged good naps in the best sleep environment - all with a positive attitude. Fernanda arrived promptly to work every day, always with a smile on her face, was patient with us and our child, and did all of our child's laundry and bottle and dishwashing on the days she worked. Fernanda is kind, attentive, caring, intuitive, trustworthy, and organized. I would recommend Fernanda to anyone looking for an excellent caretaker. I am always willing to share more one on one.
