Felicitas was our nanny for 3 years and saw our (multiple) children through different ages - from early infancy to elementary school. She is loving, kind, and patient. She was always open and intentional about finding rhythms and routines that worked for our family while following our lead. She structured the kids days and took them on adventures, as well as gracefully handling the crazy involved in merging different kid schedules. It was a pleasure to have her be part of our family for so long.
