I am 22 years old, and I have a bachelor's degree from Idaho State University. The family I most recently nannied for moved to another state and I am looking for another job. Faith is an incredibly kind, caring, organized, thoughtful, and thorough caregiver. She was amazing with our child, forming an instant bond with him. She was very organized and maintained a schedule that provided clear nap times, education, and play time. Faith was able to teach our child so much, and continuously worked with us to set goals for his education and daily structure. She was flexible to our schedule and family needs. We could not have asked for a better caregiver for our son, and she truly is family for us to this day. Had we not had to move, we would have never let Faith go as our child's caregiver. We miss her tremendously, and would hire her back in a heartbeat.
