About Cailey

I'd describe my personality as caring, energetic, and responsible. I started working with kids when I was kid! My neighbors started paying me to babysit when I was 9 years old. A few years later, I began volunteering in my church nursery and taking on regular babysitting jobs. I have had babysitting/nannying positions on and off throughout high school and college. I graduated in 2021 with a Bachelor's degree in elementary education. I currently teach first grade, and I love it! In my spare time, I like to read, spend time outdoors, and hang out with friends and family. One thing you should know about me is I am passionate about education! I feel strongly about reading to littles and making all things educational when they are young! I believe (and research shows) this helps them tremendously with starting school and becoming successful. My skills include behavior management, education, and creating a fun, safe environment.
