About Eve

Hi! I'm Eve, a student studying to become an elementary school teacher. I'm majoring in Liberal Studies with minors in Child Development, Psychology, Studio Art, and Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages (TESOL). I've been working with children since I was 14, and since then, I knew it was the path for me. I now have over six years of experience caring for children from 4 months to 10 years old. I've worked at a preschool every summer for the past five years and am now a partially qualified teacher! During the school year, I work in the infant room at Cal Poly's Children's Center. I'm patient, dependable, and passionate about creating a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and grow through age-appropriate, engaging activities. I'm also an animal lover! I have three dogs of my own, as well as several years of pet-sitting experience, including overnight and long-term care. I look forward to meeting your family!
