I've worked with children since I was 19 and have raised three of my own (now 12, 14, and almost 16). I've cared for kids from newborns to teenagers, including a 3-year-old on the autism spectrum, a newborn with medical complications, and a 1-year-old with seizure history. I stay calm under pressure, follow care plans closely, and communicate clearly with parents. I've cared for 12 newborns, including twins, and I'm confident with infant care, sleep routines, feeding, and early developmental milestones. I'm attentive and I love supporting babies and toddlers as they build language, movement, and independence. I'm fun-loving, energetic, and hands-on - the kind of caregiver who gets on the floor to play. I also bring structure and have helped with naps, potty training, and sibling dynamics. I'm consistent and intentional about modeling healthy routines around sleep, nutrition, boundaries, and emotional regulation. I love being around children and think they are magical beings.
