I provide verbal updates and follow your preferred communication method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I am also trained in CPR and First Aid. I can assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
