With three years of experience, I'm a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My approach is rooted in patience, compassion, and a friendly demeanor. I build connections by understanding each person's unique preferences and history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. I also have CPR Training and First Aid Training.
