About Erin

I am passionate about making my students see their inner potential, grow to love learning, and become more self-confident. For over 10 years, I have been in education in many capacities, such as public, private, and alternative schools in addition to private tutoring services as an ESE teacher. My areas of expertise include middle school and high school Language Arts, K-8 reading strategies and elementary/middle math skills/computation, grammar and writing skills for expository, narrative, and persuasive essays, and test prep (Common Core, SAT/ACT Critical Reading and Writing), and college essays and applications. Additionally, I have successfully worked with Florida Virtual School students in history and English via in person and Skype sessions. Every session is a chance to excite, enlighten, and educate students to grow academically and personally by tailoring instruction to support their needs, attitudes, and learning styles.
