Having Ericka with our family was such a blessing. She cared for my children with genuine love, patience, and attention, and quickly became someone I trusted completely. She brought calmness, warmth, and reliability into our home, and I will always appreciate the positive impact she had on my family for almost 3 years. Due to our relocation to more than an hour drive away, it will be hard to envision our home without her. She is dependable, attentive, and genuinely caring with my kids. She created a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment while also helping maintain structure and routines. Ericka communicates well, is always punctual, and handles responsibilities with maturity and patience. My kids truly enjoys their time with her, especially my youngest who needs more hands-on care.
