About Erica

I have two years of experience of in-home care experience. I cared for a 6-month-old until the age of 18 months. I am willing to help out with minimal cleaning around the house if time permits. My teaching philosophy is followed by the unique skill set of each individual. Engaging in creative fun ways to spend time and learn. I am currently working at a center for ages ranging from 6 weeks to 4 years old, it's been such a great learning experience to be able to work with all age groups. As I settle more into my goals and aspirations as an educator, I hope to transition back into in-home care for infants.
