I graduated from Florida A&M University and have 8+ years of childcare experience, working with children ages 2 months to 17 years. I started at 16 through Care. com, later became a PCA at Tallahassee Memorial Hospital, where I worked on every floor from oncology to the ICU, gaining valuable experience in patient care and high-pressure environments. I've also taught K-3 in private schools in Fort Pierce and Tampa, with experience in special needs support and IEPs. Additionally, I'm CPR certified. Currently, I work as a full-time house manager for a defense attorney in South Tampa. I look forward to the opportunity to meet you and your family!

Erica has been watching my son over the course of 7-8 months and may I say her love for my son shows through how she cares for him! I don’t have to ask her to pay attention to his developmental achievements and she helps him excel in his play time as well as doing things on his own! She’s amazing nanny and helps me with keeping the house clean as well as keeping my son feel the love and attention he needs while I am working. Thank you Erica for being so amazing to our family! We love you!
