Hi! My name is Jillian, and I have over 6 years of experience working with children of all ages. I've babysat for 6 years, worked 2 years in an after-school daycare, and spent 4 years as a dance teacher, building strong skills in engagement, structure, and group management. I'm currently finishing my degree in Children's Behavioral Healthcare, giving me a strong understanding of child development and behavior.
