Hi, I'm Erica and I have 10+ years experience with caring for ages from infant-teenagers. I also have extensive experience with ages 1-3 in Early Intervention for speech delays and I'm knowledgeable in how to implement toy play and some sign language to help them with speech development. I have a safe and reliable car, I don't smoke and I'm comfortable with pets - especially dogs! I'm also CPR certified. I would describe myself as being well organized, friendly, caring, reliable, fun, trustworthy and easy to get along with and when it comes to children I'm especially kind, patient and encouraging. I truly enjoy caring for kids and I love to do arts and crafts, sing/dance, read books, play games and go outside when weather permits. My ideal fit is 3-4 days/week, any times between 8/8:15-3/3:15 p.m. depending where I'd be traveling to/from. Days and times are flexible, but I would like a minimum of 18 hours. I'm also happy to accommodate a night or weekend day/night on occasion.

Erica is dependable, caring, trustworthy, and helpful. She’s great with our two toddler boys and keeps them engaged with active playtime and learning activities. She keeps our boys on track with their daily schedule and is super helpful cleaning up around the house while the boys nap. Appreciate all that she does for our family!!
