About Ashley

Hi! :) I'm a full time 23-year-old college student with many years of hands on childcare experience, starting at a young age caring for my siblings and later providing care for families. I've worked with children from newborns through pre teens, and I'm very comfortable jumping into established routines, managing multiple kids, and adapting to different personalities. I'm reliable, caring, and focused on creating a safe, structured, and positive environment for kids. I'm especially comfortable with busy evenings, homework time, and bedtime routines. Most importantly, I like to keep parents updated so you can relax knowing your kids are in good hands! I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish, which has come in handy when working with families and children from different backgrounds.
