Erica is incredible!! She worked with us as our daughter’s part-time nanny (about 20-25 hours a week) for about 8 months (baby was 6 months to 15 months). She also helped with night time baby sitting as well. Erica is attentive, kind, smart and a great communicator. She was great to work with and anyone’s kids who get to work with her are in great hands. Highly recommend.
