We hired Esther when our little princess was just 2 months old, and she has been wonderful from the very beginning. Esther is extremely comfortable with children and adapts her caregiving style to match the parents' preferences and routines. She is caring, patient, and playful, and she takes excellent care of our baby. Esther spends quality time singing, playing, talking, and doing tummy time activities that support our daughter's development. Her calm and gentle nature has had a very positive influence on our baby. One of the sweetest things to see was how excited our daughter became whenever Esther arrived and she would often keep looking for her when she left. It was clear that she felt safe, happy, and loved in Esther's care. Esther is also reliable and punctual. We could always count on her. She was consistently on time, and there was never a single occasion when she said she would come and then failed to show up. Knowing that we could depend on her gave us great peace of mind. In addition, Esther was flexible. On many occasions, she agreed to stay longer when we needed extra help. Her willingness to support our family beyond her scheduled hours was greatly appreciated.
