About Emmalyn

Hi, my name is Emmalyn and I am someone hoping to revisit and develop their experience in the world of child care. While my experience is limited to looking after my neighbors' children in the afternoons of my high school years and it has been many more years since then, I am hoping to bring all that I have learned since to the bright minds of children here in Philadelphia. I consider my key strengths to be communication, organization, and a love of learning. I am a collector of many hobbies, with interests in language learning, visual arts, science, and music. It would be my hope to learn as much from the children in my care as they can from me during our time together. I am well-versed in cooking and baking as well as general housekeeping, and through these skills would seek to provide a warm and caring environment for children to feel safe and to focus on enjoying their day.
