Hi! I'm Emma, a warm, creative, and dependable childcare professional with a bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Florida State University. I have 5+ years of experience working with children from infancy through elementary school in private childcare, church nursery and aftercare programs, schools, summer camps, and hospital settings. My music therapy background gives me a unique approach to childcare. I love incorporating music, movement, storytelling, art, and play into the day while supporting children's emotional development, confidence, and creativity. I'm comfortable helping with homework, preparing simple meals and snacks, maintaining routines, and light tidying. Most recently, I worked as a Group Leader at a specialized summer camp in the Boston area, caring for young children and creating engaging daily activities. I value open communication with parents and strive to create a safe, nurturing, and fun environment where every child can thrive!
