I hold a bachelors degree in public health and community health education. Pro-vaccine. One of my favorite classes during my undergraduate coursework was the Health Aspects of Aging. I learned how important community support is through all aspects of the aging process. I moved to Arkansas in 2020 to service as an AmeriCorps member in two elementary schools where I lead hands on gardening and nutrition education lessons! I am able to assist with cooking, quality time, medication management, light housekeeping, gardening, and transportation needs. I am also open to assisting with other tasks or ADLs. I'm CPR and first aid certified In my free time, you can find me reading, making pottery, or taking long walks.
