Absolutely unreliable. I should’ve never hired her to begin with but I was desperate to find a nanny for my return to work from maternity leave. She has no boundaries - rubbing her nose to my son’s and handled my son pretty rough. I asked her to make changes on this, and she did ok her first day. On her 2nd day of work, she texted me she wasn’t coming, 20 mins after her scheduled time. Pretty much told her to never come back at that point. Hard lesson learned for me.
