About Haylea

Hi! I'm Haylea, a mom of 4 and an experienced RN in the NICU. I work full-time as a nurse but would love to occasionally help local families who are looking for a loving, trustworthy, and experienced caregiver. Between motherhood and nursing, I've spent many years caring for babies and children and am especially comfortable with newborns and infants. I'm experienced with feeding, soothing, and sleep routines. My nursing background also means I'm comfortable with medications, special care needs, and unexpected situations. I have a gentle, patient, and nurturing approach and enjoy reading, creative play, outdoor time, and allowing children to be curious and simply be kids. I'm primarily available for occasional evenings, date nights, weekends, or as-needed care. I would prefer to care in my home as I am also caring my my own children.
