About Ella Rose

Hi, I'm Ella! My husband and I recently moved to Durham for my husband's medical residency last month, and I'm excited to connect with local families. As the oldest of five children, caring for kids has always come naturally to me. I've been babysitting and nannying since high school and have experience with children from 3 months to 13 years old. Last year, after earning my master's in Healthcare Management, I left the corporate world to nanny full-time and have absolutely loved it! I'm patient, dependable, organized, and respectful of each family's routines and parenting style. I enjoy outdoor play, crafts, reading, puzzles, helping with homework, preparing simple meals, and driving to activities. I'm happy to send updates throughout the day. I'm comfortable with pets (I have a sweet Bernese Mountain Dog!) and hope to find a long-term family where I can build a strong relationship and provide loving, reliable care.
