Ella was very compassionate with my children. My son is very high energy and requires alot of attention and she maintained an upbeat personality and was very patient. She was engaging and helped him to improve his behaviors. Very helpful around the home as well. She was a blessing to have around! My husband and I would HIGHLY recommend!
