About Rachel

As a childcare provider with four years of experience, (nannying and teaching elementary school) I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development. My previous babysitting/nanny roles have been positive experiences. My desire is to support families by providing a safe and reliable childcare option. I'm patient, calm, creative, imaginative, friendly, and approachable. I believe in open communication with parents, providing regular updates and following their preferred communication method. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules as directed by the parents. I enjoy playing various games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children and have experience with all age groups, from toddlers to teenagers. With my college degree in Elementary education, and experience caring for kids with special needs, I'm dedicated to providing a nurturing, safe environment.
