Hi families! my name is Eli, I'm a career nanny with 13 years of paid experience with little ones. I love working with kids, engaging them in learning activities, arts and crafts, and taking them to fun adventures. I enjoy having a routine for them, so they know what comes next and have that safety and comfort of knowing what to expect. I have a 2-year-old daughter that I take along with me :) I speak Spanish and English fluently, and I enjoy teaching Spanish to my nanny kids. I like working with kids because they are so fun to be with, they have the best funny and creative ideas and they are the future! I love learning about early childhood development, and applying gentle parenting with my nanny kids. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to bring my 2-year-old daughter along.
