I like working with kids because I love building up their confidence by creating safe spaces and watching them grow into their potential. I'm looking for a job that cares for me as well as I care for the children, treats me with respect and communication. I've been babysitting my infant-16yo siblings since I was 8 years old, but I became an official babysitter of a 2-year-old for a high school teacher in 2015. One thing you should know about me is I'm very fun but respect and boundaries are important to me. I'm creative so can discuss your needs and I can see what I can do! I would consider some of my greatest skills to be patience, fast problem solving, and empathy. I find it important to listen to children's needs and be able to stay level headed in stressful situations.
