Elijah stopped showing up for work at our home after Dec 2022 new year's time off. No response to messages or absolutely no prior notice. Was clearly active on Care.com in the meantime. She was our full time nanny. So this is very unprofessional and heartless for someone responsible for a young baby. Should have listened to the previous reviewer. Thought that might have been a one-off mistake so gave her a chance as we needed someone urgently and she was available earliest. Also oversold her skills and under delivered. Said she spoke Spanish and sign language but rarely used them with baby even after multiple requests. Did a very average job and without much of a caring attitude towards the baby.
