About Elexia

My name is Elexia! I have 6 years of experience working with children of different ages and backgrounds. I have experience with neurodivergent children as I am neurodivergent myself. I believe emotional regulation is very important. I do my best to help children identify their feelings and self regulate to reduce tantrums and teach clear communication. My goal is to provide the best care possible, tailoring my work to fit each families needs. I enjoy sparking creativity through imaginative play and hands on experiments. I implement gentle parenting techniques to help enforce house rules while creating boundaries and mutual respect between myself and the child. I prioritize keeping open communication for updates, and scheduling, to make this process smooth and stress free. I am CPR certified and can handle emergency situations with ease ensuring the safety of your child. Each day is a new adventure I approach with a patient demeanor and friendly attitude.
