Hi! I'm Elexa, a professional career nanny with 25+ years of experience caring for children from newborns through preschool. I've been serving countless Austin families since 1999 and specialize in creating nurturing, engaging, anddevelopmentally appropriate days for little ones. I have current infant experience as well. I am consistent, knowledgable and dependable. I believe childcare should be a balance of consistency, connection, learning, and FUN! I incorporate music, sensory play, reading, crafts, art, movement, outdoor exploration, imaginative play, and milestone-focused activities. I'm experienced with multiples, including twins, and children with diverse developmental needs. I follow each family's routines and parenting style while maintaining open communication and creating a seamless transition between parents and caregiver. I also own Elevated Home Support, offering family management and home organization as a separate service-not part of standard nanny care.
