I'm a longtime professional nanny and former child development center teacher and Assistant Director. I'm warm, dependable, active, and especially enjoy caring for infants and toddlers and supporting families through those important early years.

I love learning each child's cues, supporting sleep and feeding routines, encouraging developmental milestones, and creating engaging days with floor play, books, music, walks, outings, meals, and age-appropriate activities. I'm also happy to help with child-related meal prep, laundry, organization, and light family-assistant support.

I naturally notice what needs to be done, communicate well with parents, and enjoy helping family life feel a little easier and more organized.

I'm looking for a part-time nanny or nanny/family-assistant position where I can build a strong connection with the children and truly support the family.

Alesia was always so great with our daughter. She was thoughtful in how to spend wake windows, thorough on details and preferences, and was a pleasure to work with. Great with babies! And leaves the house so tidy!

From the start, I felt completely comfortable leaving my daughter in her care, and she quickly earned my trust. Any family would be lucky to have her. I would hire her full-time in a heartbeat, and she will always be my first call for babysitting.


Alesia is a God send. She has been our nanny for a few months now to my 7 month old and she is AMAZING. She works in milestones with him, is very engaging and working with us to sleep train. She has such an amazing joy that she brings with her each day! She is also very relatable and works with me and my boyfriend and our schedules! I HIGHLH recommend her! 

We had a wonderful experience working with Alesia.  She cared for our son off and on since 2019 and he really flourished while he was under her care.  When we would look for a care taker, we would get people that didn’t really seem to have a heart for it.  They would play on their cell phones and not pay too much attention to our child.  However, when Alesia came along, she would play games, dance, sing songs, use flashcards to teach him new words, play with puzzles, etc.  From the first day that she came, we knew she was the perfect fit.
She took on different assignments through the years that she was with us.  At times she would be our night nanny so that we would be able to get a full night’s sleep.  She was great at getting him to go to bed also.  As he got older, she would do more age appropriate activities.  She would help with homework assignments like improving his handwriting.  She was also a temporary live in nanny for us which was a load off of our shoulders given our work schedules.  She would get our son ready for school in the  morning, pick him up, take him to his therapies and she also cleaned and cooked healthy meals!  She would take him on small outings like going bike riding, riding the scootering, going to the play grounds and shopping.  Our son really loved being around her.  Anyone that is able to work with Alesia would be lucky to have her…we sure were!!


We LOVE Alesia. She nannied our son from 9-18 months. We are first time parents and our son was a COVID baby, so to say we were nervous about hiring someone is an understatement.

Alesia was the first nanny we interviewed and we realized right away that we hit the jackpot. We immediately felt comfortable with Alesia. She has such a positive and vibrant energy. We work from home, so it was very important that we all felt comfortable with each other.

Alesia has raised 3 kids of her own and nannied many others. She clearly loves kids and is very experienced. As first time parents, we relied her knowledge as we navigated parenthood. She was also very open to our specific requests.

As a nanny, Alesia went above and beyond in so many ways. She is an excellent chef. We did baby led weaning with our son AND we’re vegetarian. This might intimidate many people, but not Alesia. She would whip incredible meals for my son from the scraps in my fridge.

She always left the house cleaner than when she came. In fact, I would absolutely hire Alesia to come and organize my house as it’s fallen into disarray since she left.

Another thing we loved about Alesia was that she would take our son out of the house, which he LOVED. She took him to MyGym (and btw other parents there tried to poach her...she’s that good), to the park, for walks, etc.

She is reliable and never once called out. You will not be disappointed if you have the opportunity to work with Alesia. She truly felt like a part of our family. The only reason we parted ways was different schedules.

Alesia went above and beyond for us. She is a phenomenal chef and prepared baby meals for my son using the scraps I had laying around. She also always left the house cleaner than I left it. Quite honestly I would hire alesia to come organize my house in a heartbeat.

Anyone who brings Alesia into their family will be very lucky. We cherished our time together and only separated ways due to schedule changes.

We were in a bind and needed a last minute sitter for our 5 month old son. I reached out to Alesia on Sunday based on her wonderful reviews, we spoke Sunday morning and Sunday evening she came over to meet us and our baby before watching him for the week. This would be the first time someone other than his dad and I and his regular sitter who is a family friend would be watching him, so I was very nervous. After meeting her I felt much more at ease. Alesia watched our son while I went to work and my husband worked from home. She was absolutely fantastic with our son! You can tell that she really loves children. She was so kind, sweet and loving with him. She sang to him, read him books, played and talked to him all day! She gave him her undivided attention the entire time she was with him. She even sent me texts with his activity for the day. We are so blessed to have met her and would love to have her care for our son again in the future.

My kids (and I) LOVE Alesia. She is patient and has a wonderful and fun energy. She helps me mostly with my 15 month old, but she also watches my 4 and 6 yr old after school. She's very active and listens to the kids. She also helps with random little things around the house. She is organized, dependable, communicative.... I can't ask for more! I highly recommend!

Alisia was a great help to my family. We hired her to look after our daughter who was 15 months old. She was great at entertaining her and enjoyed taking her to the park.

Alisia was also great at helping with some light housework,  she helped me with the dishes and pre baby food and laundry.

I would definitely recommend Alisia to other families.

Alesia was a great employee for us when she was Assistant Director at our child development center.  She helped manage the office and filled in for teachers in the classrooms when needed.  Her personality was a perfect fit and the children, parents, and staff loved her.

Love, Love, Love Alesia! When I met her I was going through a divorce and my boys' father was not being compliant with the scheduling. I was set to go out of town needed someone to watch my boys. A mutual friend of ours introduced the two of us. Alesia walked in with such positive energy and a genuine smile that put me at ease immediately. My boys took to her well and they didn't want her to leave. She is very creative and energetic...definitely not one of those throw your kids in front of the TV with chips and soda kind of sitters!
