I tutor high school students on a daily basis in all subject areas. There is nothing more satisfying than building up a person in academic skill-sets and helping an individual take ownership of learning. I will assist with whatever the need is (i. e. understanding difficult material, how to study, time management, study schedule, organization, test prep, reading comprehension, etc.) with the goal of the student taking full responsibility for academic success in time. I desire a student to learn effective study habits and use these skill-sets to unlock the door to academic success. I am currently a High School Special Education Teacher also certified in teaching English. I would consider it a privilege to help you/your student achieve academic success. I will also provide a trial session for free to see if my services meet your needs.

I hired Doug as a BSC, Behavior Specialist Consultant. He worked with children with behavior problems as well as children on the Autism spectrum. He was also working in schools and in the child's home with parents or guardians. He was also responsible for working with Therapeutic Staff Support. He was responsible for making treatment plans, Functional Behavioral Assessments and supervising Therapeutic Staff Support. Doug did an excellent job doing all of those things. His paperwork was timely and he was on time for meetings. I would hire him again if the opportunity presented itself.
