About Doris

For over 10 years, I have served people with disabilities. I have assisted seniors and adults with serious mental health challenges, volunteered at a senior center, taught older adults the basics of technology, and supported a woman in her 50's who is on the autism spectrum. Services I offer include: promoting healthy habits (nutrition, exercise, and self-care), creating a plan to manage one's emotions, teaching basic technology skills, and providing companionship. I can also do light cooking and cleaning and have my own transportation.
