About Dior

Hi! My name is Dior, and I'm a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), which has given me hands-on experience supporting children with a variety of needs while creating a safe, positive, and engaging environment. Through my work, I've developed strong skills in communication, patience, problem-solving, and building meaningful relationships with children and their families. I believe every child deserves to feel valued, supported, and have fun while in my care. Whether we're doing arts and crafts, playing outside, reading books, helping with homework, or sticking to a bedtime routine, I strive to make every moment enjoyable and enriching. Parents can count on me to be dependable, responsible, and attentive. I understand how important it is to trust the person caring for your children, and I take that responsibility seriously. My goal is to provide a nurturing environment where children feel comfortable, parents feel confident, and everyone has a positive experience.
