I am a mother of 3 adult children and grandmother to a wonderful 13yr old. I possess a substantial and impeccable work history in the child care arena with over 25 years of experience. I pride myself on professionalism, punctuality, dedication, and of course, on providing the safest, loving care to the children for whom I am responsible. 

For the majority of my adult life, my greatest pleasure and my professional focus has been caring for infants/toddlers. I focus on bringing my expert knowledge to families by providing professional day and/or night care. 

I am infant/child CPR/first-aid certified.

My nanny service includes, day/night care, new parent consultation, sleep schedule, introduction to solids, along with preparing fresh foods.

Diane was an amazing addition to our family. She spent a few weeks with us after our contact with a different night nanny ended and was able to quickly adapt to our process/philosophy, since our baby was already partially sleep trained at 9 weeks. Diane was very communicative, knowledgeable, punctual and professional. She answered the plethora of questions I had and was also a sounding board to reassure me and provide confidence while we sleep trained our son!  I would hire her again and would recommend her to other parents looking for a sleep training expert and night nanny!

Diane is such a treasure - I cried the day she left! We had our second baby at the start of the pandemic, and it was such an uncertain and scary time for our family. We didn't know what to expect, but we knew we desperately needed help. She quickly gained our trust in everything, and we knew that we could count on her to take every precaution in helping keep our family safe. Her calm demeanor and presence is so reassuring. We loved her style and approach in general. There is a real warmth to her, and she genuinely loves what she does. We utilized her expertise in everything from breastfeeding, to bottle feeding, to baby's tummy issues, teething, sleep training - you name it, she knows it. We really fell in love with her, and we know that she made all the difference in those early postpartum days and months. We are very thankful to have found her! She was THE difference in our postpartum experience that made it overwhelmingly positive the second time around.

Diane has been a game changer with my second baby. She came in to help me a few nights a week when he was only a week old and oh my goodness what a lifesaver! She cared for him through that very rough first few weeks and has helped me get him on a solid sleep routine ever since. She's kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. If you're having a baby and would like some sleep, definitely do yourself a favor and hire Diane!

Highly recommend Diane!  She is responsible, trustworthy and truly caring.  I've worked with her for both short-term babysitting situations and also in the nanny capacity and she has completely blown me away with her amazing care for my daughter.

Diane was terrific with our six-month-old and two-year-old. She has a ton of experience and is more than qualified. Our two-year-old took to her immediately and was playing happily when we left for the evening - not always the case! We'd happily hire Diane again in an instant. 

Diane is very qualified and I know would do a great job taking care of your kids-and last minute too.  I felt very comfortable with her and my little one warmed up to her quickly. Diana is a wonderful person and a thorough professional. I hired her to take my 6 year old son to his baseball games and was worried because this was the first time that my son was going with someone who was a stranger for him.But my son was so happy when he came back.Diana took full care if him ( including his wiggly tooth ). It was infact my first experience of hiring a nanny in 7 yrs of motherhood .Diane just made this an amazing excperience with her warm ,mature and loving nature.
She just seemed family.

Diane cared for our children from November 2013 until September 2018, with our oldest son from 4 months - 5 years old and with our twins from 0 - 15 months old. During this time, I so appreciated Diane's child-specific observations and recommendations. Each day, she arrived with intention, whether the goal was to teach our oldest to feed, dress and tidy up after himself, write or learn his A-B-Cs, help our twins get on a sleep schedule, transition to solids, or crawl and then take their first steps. With all three children, Diane cultivated an interest in the world by routinely taking them to parks, libraries, play gyms, zoos and other activities. Diane also guided our children toward independence while gently nourishing them. She was remarkably devoted - in addition to providing night nanny services for the twins, she stayed up through the night on a few occasions caring for a sick baby. Finally, Diane was punctual, dependable, and a true partner in parenting.

Diane began as a nanny for our son when he was about 3 months old, and she continued in our home until he was four and transitioned into preschool. Diane was truly fabulous - she is highly experienced, extremely knowledgeable about child development, kind, and engaging. Her work ethic is exceptional. She is punctual and responsible (I don't think she took a sick day for her entire time with us!), and very professional. Throughout her four years with us, Diane was an integral part of our family. She found engaging and age-appropriate activities for our son to ensure he was getting enriching experiences both inside and outside our home each day. She was invaluable in supporting our son's growth and development and in helping him build his self-sufficiency skills (drinking from a cup, eating with utensils, putting on his clothes, potty training, etc). Diane is a truly wonderful nanny, and any family would extremely very lucky to have her! She's the best!

We hired Diane to be a night nanny for our 5 month old and 22 month old.  She has been working for us two nights a week for a couple of weeks now.  She obviously has a lot of experience with children and knew exactly what questions to ask on her first day.  My oldest daughter warmed up to her quickly and my youngest responds positively to her also.  Diane follows our instructions well and in addition is very helpful.  She has a pleasant demeanor and is good with our girls.  I would recommend her to a friend.
