Hello! My name is Desiree , and I have over five years of experience working with children, particularly those with special needs such as Down syndrome, autism, ODD, and ADHD. I am also a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in ABA therapy, where I implement behavior plans and support children in developing essential skills. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Saint Leo University, providing me with a strong foundation in child development and behavior management. I have a genuine passion for working with children and love creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where they can thrive. Whether through educational activities, playtime, or daily routines, I am dedicated to making a positive impact in each child's life.
