Monica is by far the most phenomenal sitter we have had for our son. She started sitting for us when he was less than a year old and actively worked on his development. She helped baby-proof certain parts of our home that we were unaware of, brought him homemade meals, took him for a ton of walks, and actively engaged with him all day. She constantly communicated with us and was very understanding when we needed last minute adjustments. I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone I know. 

Monica has been watching my son for over a year and a half. He absolutely LOVES her. I searched for a year to find someone I could trust. She has truly been a blessing and has helped with all the transitions from letting go of the paci and bottles to potty training. She keeps him on a schedule with meals and nap time and they go outside and play twice a day. Monica even takes him swimming. Never a dull moment with her around. When my son starts school this year we will miss her so much. Anyone would be lucky to have her. 

Monica has been such a blessing to my family. My daughter (16 months) has been so happy since she started with us. Monica's structure, organization, and willingness to go out and have fun truly make a difference. Shes a wonderful caregiver and we're lucky to have her!

Monica is caring, kind, trustworthy and all around a wonderful person! She took care of our little girl from 4 months old to 12 months old. We are so pleased with the care she provided for our baby girl. Monica kept our baby active whether that was going outdoors, reading or playing. Our girl was always happy when Monica came to take care of her. Monica is always on time and reliable and She helped us with light house chores when needed. Overall, I can’t recommend her enough, she is a dedicated caregiver.

Monica is a special bonus grandparent for our family! As a first time mom new to the area with a 17 month old, I was nervous and overwhelmed about finding reliable, trustworthy and caring childcare. From the moment we met Monica, my daughter embraced her and we were able to breathe relief knowing she was in the best possible hands. Monica cared for our daughter several times per week for four months. In this time, she guided and supported us through naptime protests and sleep regressions, teething, mini toddler tantrums and big feelings, changes in appetite, weaning off milk and formula, using sippy cups, and two colds. Monica knows child development and has great instincts. She helped me prepare for next stages in my daughter’s growth. She gave us fun and creative ideas for play and fostering independence at home. I love her Montessori approach to daily routine and activity. We have been able to use her routine at home consistently and it’s been so helpful! Monica recorded my daughter taking her first steps, taught her to go down the slide at the park herself, wash her hands independently, and even helped her make friends by modeling and teaching play and social skills. In addition, Monica helped me feel sane and cared for as a parent. She is dependable, caring, kind, warm and truly an all around special person. Having Monica care for our little one and be a key part of our family has been a blessing. We are so grateful to her. We recommend Monica wholeheartedly! 

Monica is very sweet, kind and responsible. She took wonderful care of my 11 month old girl. She was always very puntual and ready to engage. I loved the fact she used  Montessori toys to play and encourage her to learn new skills instead of having her watching tv. I would definitely use her services again. Never had issues with Monica or was ever concerned about her safety. Highly recommend her. Thank you Monica :)

We hired Monica to care for and safely transport our children in the mornings. Monica does a great job every week. She's reliable and professional. We can always count on her. She's playful and patient with the children and always smiling. Monica has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. We're blessed to have her as a caregiver. 

Monica exudes kindness, compassion and care. We were fortunate enough to come across her through a mutual friend. There is no one else we leave our kids with. She genuinely cares for our kids and when she's With them, they are wholly cared for and entertained. She is completely hands on, not someone who sits around and simply watches the kids. She plays and engages them. They are 8&9, when asked why they love Monica, they said because she is nice. When prodded a bit more, one said she plays with us and the other said she is calmed.

Monica is awesome! She has watched our four kids for almost three years now, and we consider her part of our family. She is great with kids - very energetic and fun, but firm. And as for us parents - she keeps us sane! Very dependable, punctual and ready to lend a helping hand. We really appreciate her!

Monica is awesome! She is very active with kids. My son loves to play with her and always asks when she can come back! She is great with kids! 

We have a rotation of sitters we use for our three children but Monica is our first choice, always. She is the best there is: punctual, loving, cheery, genuinely interested in the kids, and honest. I never worry when she's in charge - the kids go to bed tired and happy and the house isn't a wreck when we get home. Our children adore her and so do we. Highly recommend! 

Monica is a great babysitter , she worked for us a few times  and we still contact her every time we need a sitter. She always is on time , she's very sweet, I can't say enough good things about Monica . My kid adores her , I recommend without hesitation.
